Salesforce Programme Director - Contract
My Global software/SAAS client is looking for a Sales Programme Director to come onboard to Lead a new programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement.
* Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while managing resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Salesforce best practices.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.
Skills & Experience
* You MUST have Implemented Sales Cloud & CPQ ideally in a Software/SAAS business
* Proven track record of success in Salesforce programme management, with a multiple years of experience.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Consultant) are highly desirable.
