Our client is a growing construction company seeking a dedicated professional who will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre construction through to final account, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Description
Pricing and managing variations under contracts
Preparing and submitting detailed cost breakdowns
Managing the variation log and change control process
Assessing and agreeing subcontractor variations
Monitoring project budgets and cost reporting
Negotiating with client-side QS and consultants
Contributing to final account preparation and agreement
Managing day-to-day project delivery
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
Monitoring programme and site progress
Chairing progress and coordination meetings
Managing client communication
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
Proven experience in a PM / Administrative role in the construction industry
Exceptional excel skills
Strong numerical / maths skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Valid UK driving licence
Proven experience managing cost variations
Experience running construction projects independently
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
Job Offer
