Kforce is working with an exciting company north of Boston looking for a Tax Manager. This firm is offering an opportunity to work with a great team and has strong upside. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote. Summary: Our client is seeking a Tax Manager with 5-10 years of public accounting experience who is interested in participating in a high growth environment and working with a diverse client base. The Tax Manager is responsible for a range of client services within our Tax Department, including tax planning, research, and tax return review. This person is also responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This person will have direct client interaction and will be encouraged to grow client relationships. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as technical tax experience. Our firm offers the successful candidate the ability to service all aspects of our clients\' business and see client engagements from start to finish, thus becoming a valued advisor to clients.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
* Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns
* Manage all aspects of the client\'s tax requirements and overall relationship
* Leverage staff to achieve deadlines and manage budgets
* Establish and maintain a leadership role within the Firm
* Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff as needed
Requirements
* MST preferred; CPA required
* Minimum 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
* Ability to plan, supervise & review, and complete tax engagements
* Ability to multi-task
* Commitment to exceptional client service
Compensation
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
