Scale Usage Advisor Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities and Objectives
The Scale Advisor serves as the consumption lead for Copilot Chat and 1P Agents in defined accounts
Accountable for:
* Land intent and illustrate value for Copilot Chat and 1P agents
* Generating pipeline & drive incremental Copilot Chat and 1P Agent monthly active users (MAU)
* Orchestrate across CSAM/CSA (unified agreements) and Partner/FT (non-unified agreements) if deeper technical requirements are identified
Key Motions:
* Leverage propensity mapping for key accounts (LXP), MSXi
* Gain facilitated customer introductions from account team (AE, CSAM)
* Lead solution discovery to validate and/or generate intent with BDMs and TDMs
* Leverage CSA to drive deployment in Unified, Partner/FT in non-unified
* Enable Adoption champions and end-users with low-touch ACM resources
Key Activities:
* Deliver Copilot Chat Pitch & demos
* Deliver 1P agent pitch for both licensed and unlicensed Copilot users
* Align CSA/FT/ partner to support customer based on need
* Identify Unified opportunities
* Accelerate adoption w/ key programs/offers
* Manage operational activities (MSX)
* Surface key insights, challenges, and blockers with Supplier and Microsoft
