About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Manager/Agent to help shape the future of Dance.Film.Performance. and the artists we represent. This role involves promoting the company’s vision, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying creative, career, and funding opportunities.
You’ll build and maintain relationships with clients, venues, festivals, and media, while expanding the public profile and reach of our artists and projects. You’ll thrive in this role if you have a deep appreciation for contemporary performance and a strong network within the arts and entertainment industries. This is a hybrid position based in London, with flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to grow the visibility and reach of Dance.Film.Performance. and its artists
* Build partnerships with venues, festivals, and creative institutions
* Identify and secure funding, sponsorship, and commissioning opportunities
* Represent artists and the company in negotiations and collaborations
* Oversee PR, brand development, and media engagement
* Support long‑term artistic and career development for represented talent
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in artist management, representation, or talent development
* Proven record in brand building, networking, and partnership development
* Strong understanding of arts promotion, PR, and funding structures
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Experience across performance, film, or digital production
* Knowledge of the dance and performance landscape (UK and international)
* Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
Additional
* Established relationships with cultural institutions, festivals, or media outlets
* Experience representing interdisciplinary or digital performance projects
* Passion for innovation in dance, film, and multidisciplinary arts
