We are looking for Support Workers to join the team at a Day Service for Learning Disabilities based in Banbury, the role is working Monday to Friday 9:00-16:00 the salary is £23500, this is a very fun and highly rewarding role with many benefits.
There is no experince required for the role however if you have a background in care or support that would be fantastic. You must be a committed friendly and flexible, honest and reliable! You will need to be a people person - being fun, motivated and flexible in approach. Ideally, you'll have a background in care or working with people with specific additional requirements, but we're more interested in hearing from people who really want to make a difference to people's lives. Full training and induction will be provided to staff. 30 days annual leave (pro-rata for part time)
