Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join our Ballycastle team. In this role you will create a friendly, welcoming, customer‑focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
Responsibilities
 * Lead the team and be passionate about engaging with customers.
 * Maximise the business by acting quickly and consistently searching for new ideas.
 * Lead from the front and ensure all colleagues create a great customer experience.
 * Encourage engagement with the local area to deliver top results.
 * Keep the workplace fun while working hard.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who have Retail Management experience and a passion for delivering great customer service. You must understand working within a fast‑paced, sales and results‑driven environment and be able to motivate, manage and support a team. Existing Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager applications are welcome.
