Working as a Healthy Child Nurse you will contribute to the development and delivery of public health initiatives to promote the health and well‑being of children and young people, enabling them to reach their full potential. You will deliver programmes of support in various community settings, early years settings, school settings and in the homes of families as delegated by Health Visitors and School Nurses.
You will be working alongside a range of partners including early help providers, childrens services, education, housing, adult services, the voluntary and community sector, primary and secondary health services and, of course, children, families and communities.
