As ourFleet Coordinator,you willsupport the AA to manage a fleet of thousands tuition vehicles for AA Driving School and BSM across the UK.
What will I be doing?
* Working with our logistics partner to co-ordinate all vehicle movements for new starters, standard car exchanges, and temporary replacement courtesy cars (we move around 300 cars per month across the country to our driving instructors)
* Evaluate in-life and end-of-life damage to Driving School vehicles, assess damages, repair costs, coordinate with Driving Instructors to allocate and recharge charges
* Ensuring that vehicle collisions are reviewed on a weekly basis and passing fees to Driving Instructors where required.
* Resolving fleet enquiries from front line colleagues (you’ll be our ‘go to’ person for all fleet queries, and on hand to monitor our team mailbox)
* Managing the updating of customer records and vehicle keeper records
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks (such as mileage charges, parking fines etc.)
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
* You may have held previous similar roles such as Fleet Administrator, Senior Fleet Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Executive, Rental Customer Service Representative, Operations Assistant or Fleet Management Executive
* Competent with MS Office products, Share Point and MS Teams
* Experience working directly with customers, giving great customer service
* A proven track record of working accurately with data

* An exceptional communicator in both written and verbal language
* A customer-centric mindset
* Ability to work well on your own or as part of a small team
