Our client is a global, scaling deep tech business on the journey to IPO.
As they continue to grow, they seek a People Partner for Go-To-Market (GTM) to drive their people strategy, partnering closely with their GTM teams and the Chief Revenue Officer to enable growth and commercial success.
The People Partner for GTM will shape and lead the people strategy for all Go-To-Market functions globally, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive the GTM people strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
* Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leaders to develop high-impact talent, performance, and engagement strategies.
* Lead key people initiatives, including compensation, performance management, and organisational development.
* Develop and implement the Performance Framework, ensuring it drives clarity, accountability, and high performance across all GTM teams.
* Integrate HR processes with commercial and revenue cycles (e.g., performance management aligned with sales quotas, deal cycles, and forecasting).
* Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases and coach C-Suite leaders on best practices.
* Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimise people-focused solutions.
* Proven experience as a People Partner within a scale-up technology or consultancy business.
* Direct experience supporting sales organisations (SDR, AE, RevOps) and an understanding of the complexity of GTM structures.
* Strong commercial awareness and proven ability to align HR strategy with revenue drivers.
* Experience integrating HR and business timelines, e.g., aligning performance frameworks with the revenue cycle.
* Familiarity with enterprise sales environments and the talent challenges they bring.
* Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
* Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases and fostering high-performance cultures.
* Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives.
* Agile, results-driven approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
