🕒 Hours: 35 or 48 hours per week contracts available
We’re seeking experienced and dedicated Residential Support Workers (RSWs) to join our team in a children’s home setting. You'll provide vital care, guidance, and support to young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build positive relationships with young people
* Provide daily emotional and practical support
* Follow individual care plans and behaviour strategies
* Work as part of a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
* Promote safety, independence, and personal development
Requirements:
* Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People (Essential)
* Experience working in a residential childcare setting
* Understanding of challenging behaviours and trauma-informed care
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Reliability and commitment are essential
