We’re hiring for Bank Support Workers in Clevedon (Female Only)

As a bank support worker, you’ll have flexibility and access to shifts that suit you, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Experience is not essential as we provide full training. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude, and a desire to help someone live a full life!
The support we provide is centered around each person’s values, preferences, and needs, which could include developing daily living skills, accessing the wider community, personal care, and medication needs.
Additional Notes:
This vacancy is open to Female applicants only, as the requirements of the role qualify as an occupational requirement under the Equalities Act 2010.
A full UK manual driving license is desirable for this role.

* Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £12.21 p/h)

* Develop daily living skills

* Communicate effectively and professionally with the people we support, their families, and external professionals
* Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
About Brandon:
Brandon exists to enable children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities, autism, or both, to live life on their own terms. We provide high-quality, individualized support to around 1,600 people with a staff team of over 2,000. Operating across southern England and London, our support is delivered by a dispersed workforce, including in public spaces and the homes of those we support.
