Partner Success Manager Job Description: We are seeking a senior, commercially minded Partner Success Manager to own the post-sale success of our enterprise Embedded Services partners, including large banks, fintechs, and vertical SaaS platforms. This role sits at the critical junction between Sales, Product, and Operations, with a clear mandate: ensure successful partner onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and enable earlier and cleaner disengagement of the Sales team. You will join partner engagements toward the end of the sales cycle and assume full ownership once commercial terms are agreed, acting as the single accountable owner for partner success thereafter. Reporting to the Product Strategy Director, you will manage a small number of high-complexity, high-impact partners. Your focus will be on partner adoption, operational readiness, long-term value delivery, and risk mitigation across the embedded lifecycle, ensuring our partners successfully scale Embedded Services to their end customers. Hybrid - 3 days in our Winnersh office Key Responsibilities: - Partner Handover & Lifecycle Ownership: Engage in late-stage sales to ensure a structured handover, then own the partner relationship post-signature, including onboarding plans, success milestones and governance. - Partner Success & Adoption: Drive successful launch, adoption and scaling of Embedded Services within partner platforms, ensuring partners are operationally and commercially enabled. - Strategic Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations (Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial). - Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact internally, aligning Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations and Support to deliver against partner commitments and timelines. - Performance Monitoring & Risk Management: Track partner health, adoption and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and leading escalations to resolution. - Value Realisation & Expansion Readiness: Articulate value delivered, identify expansion opportunities and support Sales on upsell once partners are operationally ready. - Product & Strategy Feedback: Provide structured partner insights to Product and Strategy teams to inform roadmap and operating model improvements.
