What you will be doing:
Are you a University of Bradford 2025 graduate passionate about supporting graduates in their transition from university to employment?
As part of Careers and Employability Services, you will deliver high-quality, tailored support to recent graduates of the University. Working with the Graduate Progression Consultant and wider team, you will provide one-to-one and group-based information, and outreach services (in-person/online) to help graduates navigate the job market and achieve their career goals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering bespoke communications and job search support to a caseload of recent graduates.
* Maintaining accurate records and tracking databases to monitor graduate progression.
* Promoting graduate employment opportunities and success stories via email and social media.
* Supporting the delivery of the annual Graduate Destination Survey and HESA Graduate Outcomes Survey.
Qualifications/ experience:
* A University of Bradford 2025 graduate
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
* Familiarity with career and employability services and the graduate transition journey.
* Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
