Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified Gas Engineer to support a busy local contractor with Landlord Gas Safety Checks across residential properties in the Grimsby area.
Responsibilities
* Carry out Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12) in residential properties
* Inspect and test gas appliances, pipework, and flues
* Identify and report any safety issues or remedial work required
* Complete certification and documentation accurately
* Provide professional service when dealing with tenants and property managers
Requirements
* Must hold valid Gas Safe registration
* Relevant gas qualifications (e.g. CCN1, CENWAT or equivalent)
* Experience completing Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
* Full UK driving licence
* Own van and tools preferred
* Ability to complete up to 8 checks per day
Contract Details
* 6-month contract
* Ongoing pipeline of properties to attend
* Weekly invoicing available
* Immediate start available
