About the Role
If you're looking to progress your career in Commercial insurance and want to work somewhere that embraces complexity, empowers specialists, and supports your growth, this could be the ideal next step. Based in Loughborough within our Anthony James team, you’ll play a central role in managing commercial clients and delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What you will be doing
* Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring a smooth journey from new business to renewal.
* Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
* Working with insurers to secure suitable terms and maintain strong relationships.
* Handling policy administration including renewals and endorsements.
* Responding to client queries and supporting them through claims.
Who we are looking for
* You’ll bring commercial insurance experience and a confident, client‑focused approach.
* Experience managing commercial insurance portfolios (minimum two years).
* Good communication skills and confidence using IT systems.
* Cert CII (preferred) or willingness to continue professional development.
* Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
* Sound understanding of insurance processes including renewals and policy administration.
