The Role:
As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, mentoring others, and elevating the 11 Investments brand in your market. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle while building high-value relationships with clients and candidates.
Your Responsibilities:
* Build and manage an engaged client and candidate network
* Run end-to-end recruitment processes with commercial confidence
* Grow market share through new business development
* Deliver thought leadership and add long-term strategic value
* Mentor junior consultants and support training & team development
* Represent the 11 Investments brand positively and professionally
* Step in to support leadership initiatives when needed

* Proven experience as a successful 360 agency recruiter
* A strong individual billing track record, with team or mentoring experience a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated and driven by personal and collective success
