Supportive team culture we value and invest in our driversNewly qualified drivers are welcome earn 80% of basic salary during probation, with full rate on completion.Job Description The RoleYoull be responsible for transporting chilled food products (including cheese, juice, and yoghurts) using refrigerated and multi-temperature trailers.Day-to-day includes:RDC deliveries and collectionsDrop-and-swap operationsOccasional self-tippingEarly morning and flexible start patternsShift Pattern & Pay5 ON / 3 OFF rota (Days & Nights available)?? £42,205.36 basic salaryShift Premiums:Start between 12:00 19:59 : +£10 per shiftStart between 20:00 03:59 : +£15 per shiftOvertime Rates:MondayFriday: £17.24/hrSaturday: £20.49/hrSunday: £23.30/hrAdditional Earnings:Driver duty premium (11+ hour shifts)Performance bonusNight out allowance: £25 per nightShift allowances (where applicable)??
