Due to retirement, our client is looking to identify a new National Specification Sales Manager as part of their Senior Leadership team. Working across the Commercial & Residential HVAC sector, they sell their portfolio of products through the specification channels of M&E Consultants, Housing Developers as Social Housing Providers.
As well as managing a small team of Specification Managers you will be entrusted with managing several of our clients most important National Accounts. Therefore this role is a hybrid role encompassing coaching / development and Key Account Management.
If you have experience in managing a sales team and proven experience in developing tight specifications across large scale projects then this offers an exciting opportunity in a senior role.
In terms of core competencies & skills, you will bring string commercial acumen to the business along with demonstrable experience in strategic sales planning. Having an in-depth understanding of the HVAC sector is a pre-requisite of the role.
