With nationwide reach, regional expertise, and a commitment to excellent service, we are well-positioned to support our clients now and in the future Bid Coordinator Overview of the role: The Bid Coordinator will operate across SCE and coordinate the end-to-end bid process. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of New Business and Bid Manager in tracking and administering contract opportunities and Tenders from start to finish. Working closely and liaising with other members of the bid team, including operational and commercial leads, you will ensure all bid correspondence is robustly managed and that all documentation is completed to a high quality standard and submitted in accordance with the deadline. Duties and Responsibilities: Support management of the end to end bid process with inputs from a variety of stakeholders Management of the CRM / bid database / projects and pipeline tracker Monitoring of portals, downloading information and setting up internal files Preparation of pre-qualification and other Tender documents e.g. forms for submission Collate all Tender documentation and ensure submission in good time before each deadline Set dates for bid launch, reviews, adjudication meetings and presentation / dialogue preparation Ensure clarifications and other Tender correspondence are robustly and promptly dealt with, and seek client feedback on submissions Help to maintain a comprehensive bid library, updating documents such as certificates, boiler plate responses, team structure charts etc. as required Research and collation of information Skills/Qualifications/Experience: Highly proficient in MS Office packages, particularly word, outlook, teams, PowerPoint and excel. Experience in Local Authority / Social Housing (Desirable) Previous experience in an administrative / coordination role would be beneficial Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail The ability to multi-task efficiently, work under pressure, and complete work to a high standard A strong communicator who can liaise effectively and positively with team members and internal colleagues and within tight deadlines Driving licence Disclosure check.
