About the Role As the Preschool Manager, you’ll take responsibility for leading and inspiring a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver high-quality early years provision. Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements. Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community. Promote inclusive practice and effectively support children with SEND. Oversee the daily management of the preschool, including planning, health & safety, and administration.
