About the Role We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Wound Management Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our advanced wound care products within the community setting across Scotland, North Cumbria & Northumberland. Strategic territory planning will be key—ensuring consistent engagement and relationship-building with healthcare professionals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you drive growth and deliver value. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a permanent, field-based role, and you’ll need to reside within the territory. Travel across Scotland will be required, including occasional overnight stays and off-territory travel for meetings and conferences. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of face-to-face and remote selling opportunities. What You Will Do Achieve and exceed annual sales targets Develop and execute tactical business plans Identify new opportunities through market insights Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals Engage key opinion leaders to support product adoption Deliver impactful product presentations and training Collaborate with internal teams to maximise success Maintain accurate records using CRM tools Stay informed on market trends and clinical developments Who You Are This role suits an experienced Account Manager / Sales Specialist or a Clinical Nurse with a background in the medical sector.
