Your Role as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant:
🔹 Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
🔹 Assist teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
🔹 Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help implement tailored learning strategies.
🔹 Encourage students’ confidence, social skills, and academic progress.
🔹 Work closely with staff and parents to ensure the best possible support for students.
🔹 Gain valuable classroom management skills and experience in a school setting.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A graduate with a strong academic background (Degree in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or a related field preferred).
✅ A passionate and enthusiastic individual with a desire to work with young children.
✅ Experience working with children (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, etc.) is a plus.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting students.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
