Job Description: Communications and Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead
As a subject matter expert in communications, you will understand our global critical talent audiences, living and breathing their behaviors and motivations to define your overall Talent Attraction strategy.
Developing Siemens' strategy as Employer of Choice for professionals and early talents. Creating and managing a global talent communications, channel, and content strategy, engaging and inspiring our critical hiring audiences across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Developing and overseeing our global Early Talent strategy.
Developing and overseeing our global Recruitment Marketing strategy, including managing key global vendors.
Evaluating the success of your programs and campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators.
Establishing positive relationships with local country and business-led Talent Acquisition operations and leaders, focusing on enablement and continuous improvement.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with key partners across the Siemens ecosystem (e.g., Global Communications, Talent Acquisition Technology, Talent Programs, and Leadership).
Leading, developing, and mentoring a small team of passionate specialists responsible for relationship building.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in HR Management, Marketing, Branding, or Communication, or significant experience in talent acquisition, attraction, or employer branding.
* Proven understanding of Talent Acquisition delivery and operations.
* Long-term strategic experience in a global, complex organization.
* Experience in change management or strategic change environments.
* Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Strong business acumen to align talent strategies with business priorities.
