Duties
9. Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards
10. Accurately diagnose faults, report vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance to the Service Manager
11. Ensure all work complies with quality procedures and manufacturer guidelines
12. Maintain high standards of workmanship in a busy dealership environment
13. Work efficiently to meet targets and contribute to team success
14. Support the Service Department in providing excellent customer service
Candidate Specification
15. Qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum
16. At least ½ year practical experience post-qualification is preferred
17. Able to accurately diagnose faults and perform repairs to high-standard
18. Owns a UK driving licence with minimal points
19. Located in or near Aberystwyth or willing to commute reasonably
20. A dedicated, team-oriented individual with a professional attitude
21. Motivated to develop their skills through manufacturer and internal training
22. Capable of delivering quality work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
