With plenty of parking and 3 separate outdoor areas, the pub is a big attraction for family celebrations, date nights, corporate meetings, and weddings. We can accommodate it all in the beautiful setting that is the Red Barn.

What we look for in a Sous Chef:
We are seeking an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP aiming for their next step, who considers themselves a natural leader with a passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:
* Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
* Demonstrate leadership and team development skills
* Be an active, hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
* Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety effectively
* Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials
* Show great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls for GP and labour
* Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
