Payroll Specialist
Salary up to GBP36,000 depending on experience

Working Hours Monday Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
* End-to- end processing of monthly payrolls, including share processing and expat activity to ensure accurate and timely payments
* Process holiday, sickness, maternity, and paternity leave payments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
* Contribute to the implementation of robust policies and procedures that comply with all legislation and regulations governing payroll
* Review, manage and resolve payroll queries efficiently, including the calculation and processing of manual payments when necessary
* Assist with payroll reporting and verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements
* Provide support to the Payroll Team in handling complex queries, sharing knowledge and upskilling team members as needed to enhance overall team performance
Skills & Qualifications:
* Extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of payroll operations, including processing, compliance, and regulations
* Proficient in performing accurate manual calculations, ensuring precision and reliability in payroll processing
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation
* Practical, hands-on problem-solving approach, ensuring efficient and effective payroll management
* Collaborative team player, contributing positively to group dynamics and achieving shared objectives
* Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to upholding high standards of compliance and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.
