Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling must‑have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain a tidy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy layouts.
* Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive vibe.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products, stay plugged into trends, suggest products, and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising displays, and promotional activities.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share new accessories and piercings on social media.
About You

Job Requirements
* Can conduct piercings with empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
* Know how to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
* Can stand during scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver 11‑35kg (25‑75lbs).
* Can bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Have a strong grasp of mathematics and reading comprehension.
* Have a passion for fashion and interest in the latest trends.
* Can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
