* Work closely with Inclusion Manager

* The ideal candidate is passionate, hard‑working and eager to grow and develop their skills and career.
Responsibilities
* Work 5 days a week, providing 1-1 support with a SEN student who has challenging behaviour.
* Collaborate closely with the Inclusion Manager to develop and implement effective behaviour strategies.
* Support a KS2 student with SEMH needs, focusing on social, emotional and mental health development.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
* Experience working with SEMH.
* Passion for working with SEN students.
* Strong determination and drive to support students with challenging behaviour.
