Who are we recruiting for?
A discreet, award-winning energy infrastructure operator seeking a Qualified, Assured leader to own a Unique commercial and legal agenda, sit on the Senior Management Team, and drive Improved value creation across the business.
What will you be doing?
* Lead commercial, legal and Contracts & Procurement governance, setting a Strong roadmap that aligns to strategy.
* Negotiate and manage major agreements (incl. the Throughput Agreement), mitigating risk and maximising Successful outcomes.
* Champion vendor assurance, safe contractor management and cost efficiency across C&P.
* Act as SMT advisor/deputy to the MD; play a Brave role in crisis management rotation.
* Inspire, mentor and develop a Vibrant Commercial team; nurture external stakeholder relationships.
Are you the ideal candidate?
* Significant senior commercial leadership in the energy sector.
* Legal management experience; a legal qualification (solicitor/barrister/CILEx) is advantageous.
* Proven C&P, risk management and budget ownership track record.
* Degree in commercial/legal/finance; CIPS membership welcomed.
* Motivated, Focused communicator, Creative, data-led, and Determined to deliver.
