Role: Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Assistant to assist them for 9 months. You will be responsible for following duties: Process high volumes of supplier invoices and client recharges, ensuring accuracy and timely collections Support AR and AP teams with banking transactions, payment runs, and maintaining audit trails. Collaborate with client teams to align spend, recharges, and reporting; resolve discrepancies with suppliers and customers. Perform reconciliations of media spend, balance sheets, and month-end reporting to ensure accurate revenue recognition. Contribute to audit support, month-end/year-end close, and ad-hoc reporting requests. Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Handle large data sets and investigating discrepancies. System - Xero/NetSuite Profile: The successful, temporary Accounts Assistant will have at least 3 year's experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferably in media or digital advertising finance. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 3 days per week. Salary & Benefits: This temporary Accounts Assistant role will be paying circa £35,000-£40,000 per annum (pro-rata), dependant on experience.
