The Opportunity This is an exciting fully remote position for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer who thrives on autonomy but values collaboration. Key Responsibilities Manage your own caseload of residential property matters — including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds — alongside a team of Paralegals. Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients at every stage. Build and maintain strong working relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Contribute to a modern, service-led conveyancing process that values both quality and efficiency. About You A minimum of 2 years’ experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload. Solid technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and an eye for detail. Strong organisational and client communication skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
