The Role
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue through outbound activity and conversations with prospective clients.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be:
* Prospecting and engaging new customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Building pipeline through high-quality outbound activity
* Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales or progressing deals yourself
* Managing your own pipeline and consistently hitting targets
* Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to refine messaging and approach
This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role — it’s for someone who enjoys being proactive and making things happen.
What We’re Looking For
* 6–18 months in a sales, BD, or customer‑facing role (or strong entry‑level candidates with the right attitude)
* Confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone
* Motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential
* Coachable, resilient, and driven to improve
* A genuine interest in building a career in sales
