Non-Executive Director – Diamond Light Source Board

Appointment Term: initial term of four years with a possibility of reappointment.
Remuneration: £5,000 per annum. Travel and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed.
Time Commitment: Attend four in-person Board meetings per year, along with occasional consultations with Board members, the Executive Team, and Shareholders as needed.
Location: Meetings held at Diamond Light Source Limited (Harwell Oxford Science and Innovation Campus, Didcot, Oxfordshire).
