Your Role as Centre Director
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated and diverse team
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
* Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the local community
* Oversee centre operations, compliance, and continuous improvement
* Champion high-quality education aligned with the EYLF and organisational values
* Create an environment where children, families, and educators feel safe, valued, and supported
What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in early childhood education
* Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
* Current Working with Children Card, First Aid Certificate, Mandatory Reporting (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements
* A genuine passion for leading and developing people
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A commitment to quality, inclusion, and continuous improvement
