A highly respected and long-established Northern Ireland law firm is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join its close-knit and growing team.
This is a rare opportunity to take over an established caseload following the departure of a long-standing team member, offering immediate responsibility, autonomy, and a strong foundation to build upon.
🧾 The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will:
* Lead on residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
* Handle commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant work
* Advise on commercial/corporate transactions
* Option to support across wills, probate, EPAs, or litigation (depending on experience/interest)
* Work closely with approachable, hands-on partners
* Play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the firm
👤 About You
Essential:
* Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
* 4+ years’ PQE
* Strong experience in residential conveyancing
* Exposure to commercial property work
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
* Excellent client communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
* Broader experience across commercial property, leases, or corporate work
* Exposure to litigation or private client matters (wills, probate, EPAs)
* Commercial awareness and an interest in mentoring or team development
