The Role
We're looking for a part-time Social Media Assistant to handle the practical side of our socials. You don't need to come up with content ideas — we'll guide you on what we want. Your job will be to:
* Visit the shop once a week
* Take photos (and sometimes short videos) of drinks, food, and the shop atmosphere
* Edit the photos/videos so they look great and consistent
* Post them on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, maybe TikTok) following a simple plan/sequence
* Occasionally set up and run simple paid ads/boosted posts to help us reach more local people
What We're Looking For
* Basic photography/videography skills (a good phone camera is fine)
* Comfortable with editing tools/apps (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar)
* Knows their way around Instagram & Facebook posting
* Familiar with boosting posts or running simple ad campaigns
* Reliable and organised — posts go out on time
* Local to the area (since you'll need to visit us weekly)
Work Details
* Around 5–6 hours per week
* Flexible schedule (just need one shop visit weekly)
* Hourly pay (depending on experience)
