Morgan Houseto a 5 bed mixed gender mental health continuing care service located inBlythe Bridge, Stoke on Trent. The unit will provide care and support for service users stepping down from mental healthcare hospital and provide a care pathway with individualised needs based support plans including support from a Multidisciplinary Professional team similar to other continuing care units operated by Cygnet.
