What you’ll achieve
As the Solution Sales Senior Manager, you are fully accountable for new sales and revenue growth in the UK region. You own the full sales process from lead generation to close across the company’s PAS (Patient Administration System) and EPR (Electronic Patient Record) portfolio. You manage a C-Level network (across commercial, IT, and clinical sectors) within your region to ensure stakeholders are aligned with the company strategy. You maintain oversight of regional healthcare IT strategies to ensure the business is prepared to meet market demands.
You will:
* Review and revise customer documents and coordinate their preparation for product responses.
* Support sales and solution teams to define strategy, win themes, and value propositions.
* Act as a challenger to bid and capture leadership teams.
* Manage a C-Level network within your region to brief stakeholders on company strategy and capabilities.
* Oversee regional healthcare IT strategies and align internally for market readiness.
* Manage sales pipeline activity to ensure accurate forecasting.
* Maintain a pipeline of upcoming tenders requiring pre-market engagement to demonstrate value and influence specifications.

* Excellent knowledge of the hospital and healthcare IT market
* A strong network within the NHS (private healthcare is a bonus)
* Strong commercial and financial experience in selling complex solutions
* A proven track record of selling PAS and EPR portfolios and other complex clinical systems valued at ≥ £5 million
* Ability to research, write, edit, and proofread technical data for bids in a less technical way
* Understanding of and compliance with the sales framework and company policies
* Ownership of the full sales process from lead generation to close
* Experience working with executive management, bid management, and product teams
* Ability to communicate effectively at a strategic level with senior healthcare leaders
* Strong numerical skills and experience with complex financial models
* Bachelor's Degree
