What youll do:
Reactive maintenance in occupied rooms Unblocking drains/toilets Regular PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) checks Lightbulb replacements Shower head descaling Bin store and grounds up keep Prompt issue reporting and proactive standards upkeep
