We're hiring a Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team at Marshall Meadows Manor House Hotel, a luxury venue just outside Berwick-upon-Tweed. If you're passionate about hospitality, love working with people, and have a talent for planning and delivering events, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
* Handle all wedding and event enquiries from first contact to post-event follow-up
* Meet with clients, conduct venue tours, and build strong relationships
* Create and manage event schedules and coordinate logistics
* Work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless experience
* Be available during weddings and events to ensure everything runs smoothly
* Drive event sales and meet revenue targets
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in wedding or event coordination (hotel or venue-based preferred)
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* A positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
* Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and key event dates
