Location: Sowton, Exeter
Salary: Up to £27,000 + Bonus
Are you an Insurance Advisor who’s tired of aggressive sales targets and high-pressure environments?

We’re working exclusively with a modern, values-driven insurance provider that’s doing things differently. They put people first, customers and employees alike, and are looking for an empathetic, thoughtful Insurance Advisor to join their growing team in Exeter.
Here, your focus will be on quality conversations, not quotas. You’ll be helping individuals find the right insurance for their needs, offering honest, expert guidance, not a hard sell.

About You
* 1–2 years’ experience in insurance (or financial services regulated environment) – you’ve got a solid foundation and now want more meaning in your work.
* You are value add focused – you care about doing things right and building trust with customers.
* You’re a natural listener and problem-solver, with a calm and confident approach.
* You thrive in a team-focused environment and enjoy supporting others to succeed.
* Detail-oriented, conscientious, and proud of delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Talking with warm leads – customers who’ve asked for advice and support.
* Taking the time to understand what they need, and offering tailored insurance options.
* Being a trusted advisor, not a salesperson.
* Keeping accurate records and working collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards.
