Clinical Support Worker – NHS Ayrshire & Arran
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard‑working Clinical Support Worker to work within our Ageing and Health ward caring for patients who have had orthopaedic surgery and require a period of medical care and rehabilitation. Our aim is to assist patients with fundamental care and help them meet the rehabilitation goals set to facilitate safe discharge home.
Responsibilities
* Assist with fundamental patient care and daily living activities.
* Support the multidisciplinary team.
* Help deliver care needs and uphold clinical care standards within the ward environment.
* Assist in rehabilitation planning and ensure patients meet rehabilitation goals.
