About The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will work in a busy moulding factory and warehouse, supporting production and logistics. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure items are stored, picked, and shipped to meet high standards and deadlines. Working hours are 07:00 - 17:23, Monday to Thursday, with flexible hours considered if needed.
Other Responsibilities Include
* Picking and packing items for shipping, ensuring they are boxed and secure for delivery.
* Managing stock to ensure sufficient materials for orders.
* Receiving goods, checking, logging, labeling, and storing them.
* Inventory management to maintain correct material levels and flow, minimizing delays and costs.
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment.
About You
You should have prior experience as a Warehouse Operative in a factory or warehouse. Experience with ERP or CRM software is preferred, but proficiency in MS Office is essential. You must have a keen eye for detail and quality assurance, be able to handle physical tasks and operate machinery. Being proactive, reliable, and a good communicator is important, with the ability to work alone or in a team. A forklift licence is advantageous but can be provided if needed. You will need transport to Leiston, Suffolk.
