Job Overview
A strategic business developer with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
* Own and grow a portfolio of major customers, accountable for revenue targets of around £50m+.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise share of wallet and customer satisfaction.
* Act as the voice of the customer within Royal Mail, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Lead initiatives to mitigate competitive threats and deploy new products and solutions.
* Provide accurate forecasting and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
* Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at board or executive level.
* Skilled in strategic planning, project management, and driving change programmes.
* Highly detail-oriented professional with a customer-first mindset and proven experience managing complex, high-value accounts.
* Minimum 3 years' sales experience, ideally with knowledge of Royal Mail products and services.
* Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (ISP qualifications desirable).
