Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of innovative construction solutions? At Tarmac, we’re looking for a Technical Product Support Manager to join our dynamic commercial team and drive the success of our Value Added Products (VAPs) across Aggregates & Asphalt.
What you’ll do
1. Champion the launch and growth of new products, ensuring swift client approvals and contractor adoption
2. Provide expert technical guidance to customers and colleagues, influencing decisions with fact-based insights
3. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams to deliver profitable, market-ready solutions
4. Promote Tarmac VAPs at industry events and contribute to client communications
5. Identify future R&D opportunities and support trials for innovative products
6. Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, Key Contractors, and National Contracting teams to secure long-term supply deals
What we’re looking for
7. Membership of relevant industry bodies
8. Strong technical knowledge of Aggregates & Asphalt products and testing methods
9. Experience with Quality Assurance systems and production processes
10. Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
11. Ability to influence through reasoned, data-driven arguments
12. Computer literacy and conceptual thinking skills
