Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the growing estate agency team.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.
* Collaborate with the lettings departments, to ensure the office runs efficiently.
* Manage documentation related to sales administration, ensuring all files are organised and up-to-date.
* Oversee, the sales conveyancing process ensuring both clients and conveyancers are kept up to date and informed at all stages of the process.
Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment.
* Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook..
* Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills. both written and verbal.
* Excellent time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Property experience is desirable but not essential.
