What You Will Learn:
* To provide and lead world-class IT outsourcing solutions across various industries.
* To lead teams from Accenture’s global delivery network to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
* How to utilize the latest delivery tools and methods to maximize service value.
Role Responsibilities:
* End-to-end delivery of infrastructure outsourcing services to clients.
* Managing day-to-day client stakeholder relationships to ensure successful service delivery and value realization.
* Overseeing the financial health of the delivery, supported by our team of specialists.
* Leading and supporting the growth of our global delivery team members.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Senior client and stakeholder management experience.
* Leadership of geographically dispersed IT operations teams.
* IT service management knowledge, such as ITIL, with experience in service desk and frontline operations.
* Experience with data center, public cloud, and end-user compute technologies.
* Financial and contractual management experience with clients and third-party providers.
