We have an exciting position available for a Resource Assistant whose role is to oversee stock efficiently and effectively for our busy Music and Performing Arts Service. This role is offered on a permanent basis and will be subject to a probationary review.
This role will be based at both the MAPAS office in Moorside High School and Salford Community Leisure office at the Civic Centre; however, we are open to discussing flexible working in the way of job sharing, or flexible start and finish times. Our busy service oversees the music and performing arts tuition across Salford schools as well as organising and administrating extra creative opportunities in the community. We work with all ages from pre-school to pensioners and are passionate about offering opportunities for everyone to make music and be creative.
We are looking for someone who:
* Can manage stock or inventory levels accurately and efficiently
* Has exceptional organisation and record keeping skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Can manage a busy and varied workload
* Is willing to support colleagues and work as part of a team
* Consistently demonstrates SCL’s behaviours
