The Role: You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload including: Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases First-time buyers Re-mortgages Transfers of equity Transactions up to approximately £2m Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or fully regulated CILEX professional Strong client care and communication skills Comfortable managing files independently Looking for a long-term opportunity within a smaller, supportive team Working Arrangements: Office-based in Camberley Hybrid working available DOE (up to 2 days from home following onboarding) First 3 months office-based Genuine work-life balance with standard working hours and minimal late working Salary & Benefits: Salary circa £65,000 DOE Pension Free parking provided Supportive working environment with excellent retention For a confidential discussion or to apply, please get in touch directly.
